Valentine’s Day Candlelit Walk in North Bay

Here’s a unique event to share with your loved ones on Valentine’s Day. There will be 200 candles lit along the trails for this snowshoe walk.

When: Tuesday, February 14th, at 7 pm

 Where:  NBMCA facility, 15 Janey Ave., North Bay

It costs $15 per person and snowshoes are available to those who want them. After the walk, enjoy fresh fruit and a chocolate fondue inside the NBMCA tower.

“The walk is a unique way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with people you love,” explains Dale D’Allaire, NBMCA Naturalist. “A beautiful atmosphere is created along the trail with over 200 candles lighting the way.”

If you’re nowhere near North Bay, it’s still a fun idea for Valentine’s Day. Candles look pretty outside, especially against the glistening snow.
