Tutorial: Tinkerbell costume

tinerbell Ashley from Make It and Love It shows how you can make a tinkerbell costume, just like the ones they sell at the costume stores. Except you can make this in the colors and fabrics you choose, and size it to fit your child. (Not saggy draggy like the one size fits most retail versions.)
