One of my favourite oil to use while cooking, is Olive Oil. There is something about it’s texture and taste that sets it apart from other vegetable oils. And there are multiple benefits too that surpass those oils.
So it is with great dismay that I read that a lot of the off the shelf Olive Oils that we but, are fake!
Has this been happening for a while? I don’t know. But it has got me scared and scanning the origin and ingredients in the next bottle that I buy more carefully.
