Tempting, Very Tempting

Danny Gregory has a new-ish journaling book out called An Illustrated Life. I’m always so tempted by this kind of book. I love illustrations and moleskine notebooks and water colors as journal entries.

The trick to this sort of journaling for me is to always have the moleskine with me and to also not care that each page be beautiful. Sometimes you just need a crappy grocery list and one crappy grocery list will not ruin your pretty journal. I’m always pretty happy when I keep up with this, right now my kid is int he grabby grabby stage so it is pretty rare that I have a chance to have a pen in hand.

I’m tempted by this book and other by Danny but as I do not have the money for it right now I can satisfy my craving by lurking in the moleskine flickr groups!
