If you want a quick easy way to dress up candles, try stamping them! First, you stamp the image onto tissue paper and cut it out. Then you wrap this around the candle, securing it with wax paper.
If you don’t happen to have a heat gun to melt the stamped image onto the candle, try a hair dryer. For some gorgeous ideas and inspiration, see the Splitcoaststamper gallery. Some of them have added paint to enhance the images. Here’s a video tutorial to illustrate how to stamp on candles.

This tissue transfer method would also work for photographs and other images. Print any image you want onto tissue paper and heat it until it melts into the candle. Laura uses a similar method with this child’s artwork candle on Come Together Kids.
