Sneak Peek: Odyssea by MoMo

August 14, 2009 by Anne Weaver

odyseeallOdyssea is the newest fabric line from designer MoMo.   As you’d expect by the name, the theme is underwater.  The overall color scheme is fairly muted, with an unexpected pop of pastel pink and yellow.  See the swatches at Moda Fabric Matcher or The Fabric Shopper’s Fabric Gallery.

How to Make a Garden Planner with Scrapbook Supplies

If you’re a scrapbooker who also loves to garden then this project from Jen is right up your alley! Using the Berry Sweet collection of scrapbooking supplies from Doodlebug she created a fun folio style planner to keep track of her garden this Summer. She used chipboard covered in cardstock to create the base and used printed dies, words and pattern papers to decorate the darling cover.

Inside is a place for a notebook to keep notes on when and what you’ve planted and a space for a photo with pockets below.

And another section with fold out accordion pockets to tuck in things like seed packets or more photos to include as your garden grows.

Find a detailed video tutorial for making this sweet project over at the Doodlebug blog.
