WARNING – 10 Scary DIY Halloween Party Props

October 5, 2017 by Shellie Wilson

This would have to be one of the must gross, most terrifying round-ups for Halloween I have ever written. I joined a Halloween Prop makers page to learn new ideas but what I came away with was a whole new level of DIY skills. These Halloween Props are perfect for Halloween Parties, Halloween fright-nights and Halloween Haunted houses.  I never knew how many people were so into Halloween, to the point of a year long Halloween obsession. These are some of the BEST of the BEST Halloween props I could find. All the images below have been used with permission from the owners. Which one freaks you out the most?

Graduation Pop Up Card Tutorial

Graduation Pop Up Card Tutorial

The kids will be graduating from school soon so let them know how proud you are with an out of this word handmade card. Jessica used stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn for this amazing outer space themed pop up design. There’s an astronaut floating among the stars and planets with a row of mice in graduation caps sitting on some cheese, it’s a fun play on the moon being made of cheese…get it? 🙂

And when you pull the tab at the top of the card a panel slides up revealing a rocket ship and a glittery die cut ‘You Did It” sentiment hidden inside. I love the dark blue stary sky she created with ink blending Distress inks and some splatter!

You can watch Jessica’s video tutorial for this stunning card over on the Lawn Fawn blog.
