Love the idea of having the decorations for a party made during the actual party. Gather all your supplies and allow the kids and adults loose to create their own hats. Make sure your supplies are top quality and within a theme otherwise you might end up with some craziness going on. Hats with similar colors also make for great group photo shoots.
