I found Madeline’s story through Bullseye’s Facebook page. Madeline is a 14 year old that suffers from a rare blood disorder and makes beautiful fused glass jewelry she calls Red Cells for Remission. She has Diamond Blackfan Anemia which is a type of anemia that does not allow her body to produce red blood cells. So on the back of her jewelry she has red blood cells.
