When I need to glue a bail to a glass cabochon bail bond is the best. It’s another one of Streuter Technologies heat activated adhesives and this stuff is strong! I have tried with all my might to pry off a bail and forget it. That sucker is on there. You can take it off by reheating it if you have to.
