How to Drill Holes in a Bottle – From Instructables

FZNNMEDIHUUDJ8U.MEDIUMOne of my favorite DIY video sources is Instructables.com, which I receive an email from a few times a week. I found this how to drill through bottles video quite helpful. The guy doing the work makes a jig To hold the bottle secure, then uses a drill press, a diamond bit, and a little dam made of clay to hold water. You must always have water to drill or grind glass. The friction caused by drilling generates too much heat without water and that will lead to broken glass. So here you go…now You can put holes in all of those glass bottles you’ve been saving for one project or another.
