I don’t think I’ve actually made Jell-O in about 25 years (that puts me at childhood), and yet I am clearly fascinated by the stuff because I post on it all the time. I suppose it’s just the beautiful possibilities of the oddly textured, colorful, dare I say ethereal, sweet. And all those qualities of beauty are represented by this layered JellO at Cafe Zupas.
