My daughter’s teacher is often found on the car line in the mornings, and as the weather started to cool down I noticed that she wasn’t wearing a warm scarf, so I decided to make sure she had something warm, cute and cozy with this Fisherman’s Rib scarf.
Fisherman’s Rib is really fun to knit and it looks like brioche knitting but is a lot easier. I used Yarnspirations Caron Colorama O’Go yarn, which is their newish yarn that is designed to be tangle free. I’m not sure I love the format (its’ very attractive to cats!) but the yarn itself was great to work with and really soft. I’m thinking about knitting a sweater next!
It’s a bulky yarn so even a big scarf like this one knits up pretty quickly, and the built-in color changes make it more interesting.
