It was so cheap to make. The donut holders are made with dowling.
You can buy Dowling rod from your local hardware store. I actually made my Donut stand a little bigger so that it would hold 2 -3 donuts per peg. Use a drill and drill your holes into the board and place your peg inside. I glued mine in with hot glue.
