DIY Minions Party Cups

November 17, 2018 by Shellie Wilson

Supplies

  • Yellow Paper Cups
  • Black Electrical Tape
  • Black Sharpie
  • Super Glue
  • Googly Eyes

Directions

Take your yellow paper cup and your black electrical tape. Tape around your yellow paper cup to make a Minion glasses band.

Once you have your black electrical tape glasses band placed correctly, it’s time to glue on your googly eyes! Minions have one AND two eyes, so I always like to make a variety of one and two eye Minions.

Now it’s time to draw that mouth and hair! I suggest practising on a blank piece of paper to get your technique down before drawing on your Minions DIY Party Cups. Black Sharpies are permanent, so you only get one shot per cup!

There you have it! Your Minions DIY Party Cups are ready for your guest! These cups really are that easy peasy to make AND are guaranteed to be a crowded pleaser!

How to Make a Cozy Coffee Gift Card Holder

How to Make a Cozy Coffee Gift Card Holder

If you’re gift giving to a coffee lover give them a gift card to their favorite coffee shop in a handmade coffee themed gift card holder. Nicki created this delicious and cozy card with a rounded flap that has a die cut Cup of Joe and some tasty cookies.  For the cookies she die cut and dry embossed them, adding some white pigment ink for color and texture and glitter for sugar. I love how the bold red mug pops on the blue card base!

Inside on the flap is a pocket for the gift card and a sweet stamped and die cut sentiment.
