DIY GALAXY SQUISHY STRESS BALL & Glitter Galaxy Slime Ball!

Forget about the squishy fun of these as that’s a given but do Stress balls actually help with stress?

The stress ball invites you to squeeze and release. The benefit of squeezing the DIY stress ball is that it releases some kind of built up (negative) energy which it turns helps to relieve your stress.

Squeezing a stress ball is not a long-term solution for stress and or anxiety, it can help at that moment and it can help prevent the stress from building up into bigger medical problems, such as a headache or a migraine. The physical squeezing motion of the ball acts as a muscle memory reminder to relax all muscles that are tight.
