DIY Cookie Cutter Candles

December 5, 2014 by Shellie Wilson

I know we have featured the cookie cutter candle before and especially at Christmas time but I fell in love with this image.

The holiday season is a great time to indulge in some fun and creative DIY projects. One such project that has gained popularity over the years is making cookie cutter candles. It’s an affordable way to add a personal touch to your holiday decor and also makes for a great handmade gift idea.

While we’ve featured cookie cutter candles before, the snowflake candle in particular caught my eye. The level of detail on the snowflake design is exquisite and would make for a beautiful addition to any winter-themed display. I can only imagine how it would look when lit, casting a warm and cozy glow.

The best part about making these candles is that they are incredibly easy to create. With just a few basic supplies and some creativity, anyone can make a beautiful and fragrant candle. You can customize the scent and color of your candle to match your holiday decor, or to suit the preferences of your recipient if you plan to give it as a gift.

If you’re new to candle making, don’t worry – the tutorial for making the snowflake cookie cutter candle is easy to follow, even for beginners. It’s a great way to get started and experiment with different shapes and designs.

DIY Shirt Extender – Sewing Pattern

I like having a little extra coverage when I wear leggings, but I could never find a cute top that was just the right length. So I decided to make this Easy Sew Shirt Extender! This is so simple to sew and is an easy sewing project for beginners. It is easy to layer under your shirt or top of choice and I added some lace trim to mine for a fancier look. You can mix and match colors and fabrics to suit your needs!
