If you’re looking for a quick way to dress up your dull white candles, try dipping them in colored wax! Martha Stewart’s latest candle project is dip-dyed candles.
The tutorial suggests using beeswax at $13 (?!) a pound, but that’s not written in stone. You can get other types of wax cheaper and/or remelt your old bits of candles.
An arrangement of these dip-dyed candles would make a statement at an entranceway or as a centerpiece for a party.
This is an easy, inexpensive way to make your candles appear more interesting. See Dip-Dyed Candles at Martha Stewart Crafts for more.
