I have been happily making glass beads lately and am always looking for fresh inspiration to keep my creativity flying. Pinterest has helped quite a bit, sending me to web sites and blogs that have endless amounts of tutorials and goodies to look at. There are a few cool tutorials over at Art of Hand, a blog by Diana Ferreira, including the Whirly Gravity bead. Since I’m making most of my beads for fun jewelry I’m creating, I know that whatever I make will be in colors and shapes that will be used with other inspired beads. Take off from these starting points and create “your” beads. It’s all good clean fun!!
What’s super cool about this bead is that with different colors you can vary the looks so much. I’m headed over to the torch right now.
