If there is one thing the Party Blog has taught me, it is that there is  a “Bar” for everything. Ice-cream Bars, Mash Potatoes Bars, Cocktail Bars, Cookie Bars and lets not forget the Candy Bar which started it all. So this post about A confetti Balloon Bar is not that much of a stretch for the trend.
