How to dip-dye scrap fabric ribbons perfect for Valentine’s Day
Can you have too many bows? For gifts, for hair, or anything else you can think of. So many uses and so many color combinations. This tutorial is for dip-dying strips of fabric but I’m also going to try it on ready made ribbon and some bias tape. I’ll keep you posted on how they turn out.
