I’ve recently put one of my torches in the front area of my store so I can keep my butt up front. I have a tendency to hide in the back making stuff. Well I have to say I’ve been spending more time on the torch and that’s a good thing. And what have I been making more of besides beads? Murrini. So I started looking around at what people are doing with murrini and I found the most wonderful work by Milissa Montini. You absolutely must visit her site. She takes her murrini and fuses lovely plates. I love murrini for beads but have always thought that it’s the perfect medium for fusing. Forming patterns and creating elements that have the average glass lover mystified just makes me smile. And Milissa’s work will definitely make you smile…
