There isn’t any description on the web site where I found the image of this bead so I can’t tell you the processes or technique used, nor give credit to this particular artist.  I do know (from the web site address) that these are Japanese and if you know anything about Japanese glass bead makers, you know the intricacies that they achieve are phenomenal.
