This is based on science, and not some trendy or junk website.
Apparently, our bodies produce cortisol (the stress hormone) using our natural circadian rhythms. This peaks right after you wake up, between 8 AM and 9 AM, between noon and 1 PM and between 5:30 and 6:30 PM. So guess what? If you drink coffee during these hours, you are only making your body think that it needs more caffeine than is necessary. And that causes an addiction to caffeine that is not easy to get rid of.
So! Drink coffee outside of those hours and you will be ok!
