This roundup of Valentine’s day crafts is aimed at the toddler preschool age group. Obviously different abilities older and younger should be taken into consideration when making these Toddler Valentine’s day crafts,
Valentine’s day crafts for toddlers are all about pinks, reds, and hearts. They don’t really grasp the concept of sharing their love via DIY Crafts but they sure do love making these Toddler Valentine’s day crafts. I don’t have toddlers anymore or preschool age children but we have made different variations of these. I have to say my favorite is the resistant frames, either created with wax or sticky tape and then allowing the Toddlers to paint over Valentine’s day quote and then you peel off the tape to reveal the message.
Why do I like this Valentine’s day craft the most for toddlers? I love being able to allow my children to be creative by themselves. Once you have applied the tape for the word Eg LOVE. You do not need to guide them, they are literally driven by paint, fingerprints, or brush and their own creative ability.

3D A Handful of Love Valentines Craft for Kids
Crafting with toddlers is a wonderful way to support their growth while teaching them essential skills. While they might not grasp the full meaning of Valentine’s Day, crafting offers a chance to introduce them to the idea of love, gratitude, and the joy of giving.
Through crafting, toddlers get to work on their fine motor skills as they handle small materials and tools. It’s also a great way to help them develop focus and problem-solving abilities as they figure out how to put their creations together.
Moreover, crafting provides a perfect moment to teach toddlers about generosity. Making a craft to give to someone else helps them experience the joy of giving and expressing appreciation to others.
In short, crafting with toddlers is not only fun but also a valuable opportunity to nurture their development and life skills. Even if they don’t quite understand the significance of Valentine’s Day, they’ll still gain important lessons along the way.
