21 Diffuser Blends to Help you Relax and Unwind

 

 

It’s no secret that I love essential oils, and one of my all-time favorite ways of using them is in the diffuser. Not only does it make your space smell great, but diffusion is also the best method of using essential oils for mood, sleep, energy, etc. Today, I’m sharing 21 of my very favorite diffuser blends to help you relax, unwind, and enjoy your weekend.

Get Good Z’s blend

2 drops Lavender

4 drops Frankincense

1 drop Sweet Orange

 

Take Me Away Calming Blend

3 drops Tangerine

3 drops Sweet Orange

1 drop Patchouli

1 drop Ylang Ylang

 

Worry-Free

2 drops Lavender

2 drops Marjoram

1 drop Ylang Ylang

1 drop Sandalwood

2 drops Sweet Orange

 

Me and My Sparkling Personality Blend

2 drops Grapefruit

3 drops Sweet Orange

3 drops Lavender

 

I Can Feel the Love Tonight 

3 drops Lavender

2 drops Jasmine

1 drop Ylang Ylang

3 drops Sweet Orange

 

Comforting Blend

3 drops Frankincense

3 drops Roman Chamomile

3 drops Lime

 

Once Upon A Mid-Summer’s Day Dream

3 drops Black Spruce

4 drops Lemon

2 drops Lime

1 drops Juniper

 

 

Rested and Relaxed

2 drops Vetiver

2 drops Roman Chamomile

4 drops Lavender

 

Bring the Outdoors In Blend

2 drops Cypress

4 drops Grapefruit

3 drops Bergamot

 

Citrus Mint Energizing Blend

4 drops Bergamot

4 drops Peppermint

 

Fresh Air Blend
