To help us with that picture in mind, WiseGeek has put together an image list of some of the our favorite foods showing exactly how much of each food you have to consume to get 200 calories worth.
I was surprised that a whole avocado was 200 calories, while half a cheeseburger would be the same amount.
But the biggest surprise for me was the nearly full doughnut!
