20+ Creative Ways to Gift Money

October 20, 2018 by Shellie Wilson

These 25+ ideas show all those creative ways to give the gift of money: notes and even quarters. Giving money to graduates and teenagers is an easy way to give a present that they can use and utilize.

I mean who doesn’t like money right?  Give the money in a creative way to make the delivery extra special.

Have you though that the gift of money can be a practical and thoughtful way to show your appreciation or support for someone. However, simply handing over a plain envelope with cash inside can lack the personal touch that many people desire when receiving a gift.

Fortunately, there are many creative ways to gift money that can add a special element of surprise and excitement and we have listed them later in this post.

Keep in mind! Money gifts at Christmas time are also very popular with teenagers. Teenagers are getting harder to buy (or were they always hard to buy for?) for as their interests all seem to be digital or shoes that no one can afford.

Before we get into the list, we have one very simple idea is to talk about!

Use origami to fold the money into a unique shape or design. This can range from simple shapes like a heart or butterfly (even a fancy one like a Guy Kawasaki inspired butterfly one!) to more complex creations like a miniature shirt or dress.

Another option is to incorporate the money into a game or scavenger hunt, hiding clues or small amounts of cash throughout the challenge. This can add an element of excitement and fun to the gift-giving process.

Money allows people to save up and put the gift of money towards larger priced items that may be on their wish list. Such as the overpriced sports shoes that I mentioned above or for people who are saving for cars or college.

If you are looking for more gift ideas or craft kits, take a moment to check out our new craft specials buys store. We stock heavily reduced prices craft and DIY items for a limited time, with limited stock. Stock changes daily so make sure to pop back to our store often.

Whether you’re giving money for a special occasion or just to show your appreciation, these ideas will help you make your gift-giving experience even more special.
