Mindy used a masking technique, stenciling and ink blending to create the beautiful Easter eggs on her sweet card. There’s more inking in green around the card edges, a sweet die cut bunny and a stamped and die cut sentiment too. Learn all about it over on the Hero Arts blog.

There’s still a little time left to create cards for Easter. One of the most iconic symbols for Easter are eggs, symbolizing new life and of course there’s a long tradition of coloring them with dyes, hiding them, rolling them (for a lawn game) and including them in Easter baskets. So today let’s take a look at some egg-cellent examples of including eggs on Easter cards using stamps, dies and more.

Below each picture you’ll see a link, click it for more details like products used, techniques and tutorials.

How utterly adorable is this matchbook card from Karen! She created a stamped scene of rabbits painting eggs in the work shop getting ready for the big day. The pop-out design folds neatly into a matchbook style that would be fun tucked into an Ester basket. Take a close look at the Art Impressions blog.
