I liked the show a lot, just wish it was longer. not to compare but If it were like the show the next great artist it would be a hit! crafters/drama flinging glitter has never been more dangerous LOL LOVE IT!

  2. shanie c on February 29, 2012 4:45 am

I love the craft room. I would like to see the more of the completed projects. It was very nice ro see the crafters having the same struggles with the tools and items like I have. :) Not trying to be mean but it makes me feel normal. Thanks for sharing this show, I hope to see more of them!

  3. Heather on February 29, 2012 5:03 am

I think its its wonderful. I love videos because you can keep playing them until you understand! We are more visual these days.

  4. Linda Witt on February 29, 2012 5:29 am

Cute idea fitting in with all the other challenge shows. Would like to see more use of that fabulous craft room.

  5. Jen on February 29, 2012 5:50 am

I like the idea for the show because there is nothing like out there. I would like to see this be a bit longer and maybe show what the judges would have done with the materials, especially when they have more experience. I hope there is more because I would be a follower for sure.

  6. marie sierra on February 29, 2012 6:07 am

i am happy to see that this is “free” to watch… i also like the fact that i can go back and refer to the video when i need to and can also refer crafty friends to take a look as well! thank you for the chnace to win!

  7. Shari Harniss on February 29, 2012 6:14 am

    It was ok.

  8. A. Rodriguez on February 29, 2012 6:26 am

I thought it was a big unorganized. I would have liked for all three to work on the same type of project and then see who did best. I will say that I REALLY liked the crafting room they worked in!!!

  9. Jennifer Smith on February 29, 2012 6:33 am

I liked it as well! I agree, I wish it was a little longer :o ) The Craft room is awesome!!

  10. Megacrafty on February 29, 2012 6:36 am

It was nice to see any type of crafting show- there are hardly any on anymore. But it seemed like there wasn’t a clear theme or challenge surrounding the projects the contestant were given.

  11. Paula on February 29, 2012 6:37 am

Loved the length of the show. And how the crafters had to think on the fly! Will watch again!

  12. Carissa on February 29, 2012 6:45 am

Fun! Sarah was my fave. After all the talk about the swarovski crystals, I’m bummed out the that winner didn’t get a craft-tastic tiara made with swarovski’s.

Also, how do I get on this show?!?

  13. Crystal D. on February 29, 2012 6:55 am

I really like the concept of the show and Love the craft room they craft in. Other then that I do think its short(after seeing the ‘subtitle’ one which actually shows you more of the show) and the judging was a little confusing when they kinda said a neg comment and the next scene that lady wins.. so wish they’d show more or something, not leaving me confused. Like I said.. I like the concept, hope they show a little more of the show, Love the Craft room =D

  14. Amy S on February 29, 2012 7:04 am

It was pretty good, but the biggest thing that stood out for me is that room. SWOON!

  15. Sarah A on February 29, 2012 7:04 am

What a fun show. I like that they had a decent amount of time to do their work. Craft room is awsome. I wasnt super impressed with what they made, but to each there own. I’d definitely watch it again.

  16. Melinda Pawek-Gallegos on February 29, 2012 7:18 am

I so loved that craft room!!

  17. Sheryl on February 29, 2012 7:32 am

I love craft shows and really love that craft room. We need more craft programming.

  18. Sheryl on February 29, 2012 7:34 am

I love the craft room and really feel that we need more craft program. Crafting is getting to be a lost art.

  19. Summer Balderas on February 29, 2012 7:35 am

I also liked it. The room is amazing add that to my wish list. I like that I can play it back to really grasp what is being done.

  20. Kelly D on February 29, 2012 7:43 am

This show really interests me, because I enjoyed seeing the final results of the craft projects. It might have been more fun seeing the women in their natural crafting mode- the one woman going to flea markets and the other creating her jewelry. The craft they worked on didn’t give them as much freedom to express themselves. It was still fun to watch.

  21. laura on February 29, 2012 7:59 am

I really enjoyed seeing crafters working like that. I wish that they had been given a little more of a specific theme so they would have all done something similar. Like that they all had to do a canvas or all had to do jewelery.

  22. Karen on February 29, 2012 8:09 am

Fun idea, would like to see more episodes.

  23. Amanda Ressler on February 29, 2012 8:25 am

I love the idea! It’s like Iron Chef for crafters.

  24. Jenn Shock on February 29, 2012 8:31 am

Very cool. I love videos, they make things so much easier.

  25. Juli on February 29, 2012 8:32 am

The show is cute. You can really see the influence of Project Runway, Top Chef, and the other good reality competition shows. I’d watch more episodes.

  26. Abbey on February 29, 2012 8:36 am

I liked the concept. Hopefully they can get crafters with different aesthetics in the future.

  27. Cassie on February 29, 2012 8:47 am

i loved it! i’m all for watching crafty bits online vs. trying to sort through picture tutorials online. It looks like something I would watch more episodes of! :)

  28. Paula on February 29, 2012 8:51 am

I enjoyed watching and will watch more. Didn’t care much for the mystery craft item. :) Would have enjoyed watching more technique or use of items. Overall…great!

  29. Kira Nichols on February 29, 2012 9:13 am

I’d love to have a craft room like that! The show was entertaining and it was fun to imagine what craft I’d pull out in that situation! I wanna be on that show :)

  30. Colleen on February 29, 2012 9:17 am

I am addicted to craft videos. The more the merrier.

  31. Kimberly on February 29, 2012 9:25 am

I thought the video was fun. I, too, wish it was longer and we could see me of the contestants techniques. Wish there were more craft videos around!

  32. Maureen on February 29, 2012 9:37 am

I like the fact that it can be seen again and again if need be when there is a project that you want to make. It is like a support.

  33. Jessica F on February 29, 2012 9:50 am

I liked it, and thought the craft room was really cool!

  34. Jessie on February 29, 2012 10:02 am

I LOVED the craft room! The show was ok, I didn’t really like any of the 3 final projects. But I think it has the ability to be a great series.

  35. geri actor on February 29, 2012 10:59 am

not big on videos, but the room is very neat!

  36. Christine on February 29, 2012 11:02 am

It is a cute show, a little hokey at times but what do you expect from a craft show!

Its nice to have a crafty show to watch again.

  37. Francie on February 29, 2012 11:23 am

The concept is great. The final projects were, to say it nicely, disappointing. Kelly’s necklace was the only that I would even consider displaying in my home.

  38. Kathrynn on February 29, 2012 11:30 am

It was a little short but all in all okay

  39. Erin on February 29, 2012 11:46 am

It looks like a good idea, but it all boils down to whether or not the crafts turn out well. I think they were ok. Thanks for the give away :)

  40. Aubrey on February 29, 2012 11:48 am

It was great, the room is great!

  41. Tammie S on February 29, 2012 12:10 pm

I want that room! Reserving my judgment on the show until I see another episode …

  42. Suzanne on February 29, 2012 12:12 pm

I could have a lot of fun in that room. Nice!

  43. maria on February 29, 2012 12:34 pm

i Loved it! i’m glad its a web based show. I’m cutting the cable.

  44. Melian on February 29, 2012 1:04 pm

I think it is a neat concept. I didn’t fall in love with the creations on the first show, but I have to remember that they only had 3 hours to work. I’m looking firward to future episodes for some fun and inspiration!

  45. jamie on February 29, 2012 1:34 pm

i am jealous of that craft room!! i like the idea of the show, i just wish it hasn’t seemed so scattered – that could be because it was so short though. i was hoping to get more crafting ideas and see more gadgets that i don’t have!

  46. Robin on February 29, 2012 1:37 pm

I enjoyed the show. I was surprised after hearing the judges’ comments that they chose Sarah. I also think the shopping trip was interesting — not only having to think on your feet but budget as well. I am so glad I have time to lay my projects out, but then, maybe I over think them and loose a little creative edge. I will watch more.

  47. Andrea M on February 29, 2012 2:59 pm

I really liked it! I would love to have a room like that to get my craft on!

  48. cindy on February 29, 2012 3:33 pm

I totally love the idea of the show. I thought that in the short amount of time, you did show important parts of the challenge. Certainly a longer show and showing more of the creating would be wonderful. LOVE the room itself!

  49. Jody Pelzel on February 29, 2012 4:36 pm

Great idea for a show! Finally, a competitive show I can relate too. Looking forward to being inspired each week!

  50. Judie on February 29, 2012 4:46 pm

I loved it!!! I am so glad there are more and more shows for us crafters out there. There are so many creative people…and we need to start showing off our talents:)

  51. briana on February 29, 2012 5:11 pm

too short but otherwise i really liked it :)

  52. Nancy on February 29, 2012 6:12 pm

It was fun. I don’t know if I could work under that pressure. I like to take my time and I could spend hours in Michaels!

  53. Cari S. on February 29, 2012 7:39 pm

I liked it, but wished it was longer!

  54. Edie on February 29, 2012 9:05 pm

Loved the room. The premise felt… unfinished, discombobulated to me. I felt like I did not get any resolution, just mild confusion. Maybe more focus as the show develops?

  55. Kelly on February 29, 2012 9:16 pm

Such an awesome idea!!! Could use a little tweaking though but over all I like it.

  56. Jennie on February 29, 2012 11:42 pm

Initially, this crafting conquest is a great idea. It seemed rushed, however; and, I would have loved to see more detail in the making of each woman’s projects. The “host” is energetic, but a bit too “over the top.” I feel she could afford to slow down a bit when she speaks, and relax in her body language, overall. I did find myself engaging in the competition, wondering what I would have made, had that been me in the hot seat. Looking forward to more episodes!

  57. nicole on March 1, 2012 1:28 am

I liked it- I would like to see more of how the craft room is organized too! I think I’d be inspired!

  58. Crystal on March 1, 2012 1:34 am

Cute! I am looking forward to watching more episodes,i like the suspense of wondering how the contestants creations turn out..great idea!

  59. nang on March 1, 2012 2:05 am

I liked the show,it would be hard to create under that kind of pressure but OH SO MUCH FUN!!I will watch!

  60. julie on March 1, 2012 3:22 am

it’s a start. kind of corny – but i think all reality shows are corny.
i hope it evolves into something more indepth.

  61. Julie Wilson on March 1, 2012 3:30 am

I like it. I could have so much fun in that room.

  62. Gloria on March 1, 2012 3:46 am

Loved the concept. Think it was great to watch 3 different crafters create under pressure. I wish there was a little more emphasis on some of the skills and techniques used so the viewer might take some knowledge away after watching.
The host was a little overdressed and cheerleaderish.

  63. ona on March 1, 2012 5:12 am

wonderful room, wish I could have one. I like watching videos when I see I can do.

  64. Brenda B. on March 1, 2012 5:45 am

I thought it was great!! My heart was racing with them while I was watching.. I couldn’t have done it but it was fun watching them.. Thanks for the chance to watch it..

  65. Betty Maple on March 1, 2012 5:51 am

    Inspiring!

  66. Michele T on March 1, 2012 6:10 am

Great idea!! I wish it was a bit longer too and I was pumped watching!!

  67. Cynthia Harney on March 1, 2012 6:16 am

I must say it was great to see these ladies get there ideas, see there excitement and see the result. Love the room how it was so prepare for all there needs. I also like that at the end we see the wall of fame and more frams for further wins.

  68. Debbie on March 1, 2012 6:19 am

It was fun to watch. I like the way the contestants creatively used the elements.

  69. Frances on March 1, 2012 6:19 am

I really liked the fact that these were ordinary people using their creativity on the spur of the moment. This program will have plenty of inspiration!

  70. Sandy on March 1, 2012 6:31 am

I loved the show!! Can’t wait for more.

  71. Mandy L. on March 1, 2012 6:33 am

LOved the room! Show wasn’t bad.

  72. vicki n on March 1, 2012 6:48 am

It was pretty good-hopefully it will stay that way.Not too sure what those judges based their opinions on but the collage was not my favorite. I did love all those craft supplies that were avaliable.

  73. Kristi on March 1, 2012 6:49 am

When I first read the title of the show, I was thinking wow! I could never do something like that, then I watched it, and I still feel that way. lol I thought it was neat, to the point, and a break from my ordinary internetting.

  74. Candice Windham on March 1, 2012 7:08 am

I love this idea! I took part in a challenge at CHA this past January and only had 20 minutes to create a masterpiece. If I’d had three hours, I could have made the Taj Mahal. I really loved the thought processes and the fact that they had to use all the items in the box as well as the topiary, but were allowed additional materials to complete their projects. Thanks for bringing this to us. Michael’s rocks!

  75. Becky Greene on March 1, 2012 7:10 am

I am a huge Top Chef and Project Runway fans, so this was right up my alley. I think the show has a lot of potential!

  76. Christine on March 1, 2012 7:13 am

I thought the show was rediculous. No one crafts with their hair hanging in front of them, and not knowing how the iron works??? geeezzzz..surprised the fabric didn’t get burnt.

I suspect too much was edited, but the judges’ comments weren’t even germane to the artist’s work…some of the judges’ comments didn’t make sense.

All (most?) of us who craft are not a bunch of ditz-heads!!! wandering around not knowing what to do.

  77. alice Rubin on March 1, 2012 7:14 am

I enjoyed the show! It is interesting to see what each crafter comes up with. While watching the first episode I came up with my own ideas of what I would create with the materials each crafter chose. I will definitely tune in to this show!!!

  78. Karen Stann on March 1, 2012 7:23 am

I loved the show. It was quick, but still informative. It did not take a lot of my time, of which I have very little. If I wanted to do one of the projects, I would do my own personal research online for “how to.” Registered at the Michael’s site for future updates. Thanks!

  79. Julie Routon on March 1, 2012 7:30 am

I love the show but wish it was longer and a way to subscribe so I do not miss an episode. A big THUMBS UP for this great show!!!

  80. lee on March 1, 2012 7:48 am

Thanks for the giveaway and the show. I enjoyed watching and would love to see the finished projects!

  81. Barb on March 1, 2012 8:12 am

I really like the play on “Top Chef” I have always been a fan of that show and taking that into crafting is awesome. Looking forward to the next segment.

  82. Sandy N. on March 1, 2012 8:41 am

    Very cool! Love that room!!!=)

  83. sarah on March 1, 2012 8:43 am

I am in love with the set. It’s beautiful and so organized – just what I wish my craft room was. The show was great – I like the challenge aspect and that I can rewatch them over and over again.

  84. Shanna on March 1, 2012 8:47 am

The show was great! And the craft room!!! This is my reality show dream come true:)

  85. Wanda R on March 1, 2012 8:56 am

I thought the show was pretty good. I am not a big reality show watcher but I do like the creative challenges…reminds me of some of the challenges on HDTV. Like other comments I’d like to see the projects being more similar and the judging details a bit more. Overall a great show and I’d watch again and again. Keep them coming!

  86. Debbie Clever on March 1, 2012 9:55 am

Love the idea of non-celebrities vying for the title of “Craft Master”. Enjoyed watching the contestants work within their time challenge with the addition of the topiary to their project. Will definately watch more episodes. Thanks!

  87. Jennifer Tyler on March 1, 2012 9:55 am

I really enjoyed watching the show, seeing how different women use the different items. I definitely wish my craft room looked like the one on the set!!

  88. Tina S on March 1, 2012 10:21 am

I usually don’t watch crafting videos unless I’m trying to learn a specific technique but this one had some fune elements. I didn’t understand how the winner was chosen based on the judges comments. I must have that craft room!

  89. Kat on March 1, 2012 10:25 am

What could they possibly need at the store that wasn’t already in their craft room?

  90. Laura on March 1, 2012 10:41 am

I enjoy this type of show and it was nice that the contestants were real people with no special skills above my own. Considering how much extra there was to use in that wonderful craft room, $50 at Michaels would have gone very far for me!

How often do they make new episodes?

  91. Garnie P. Bethea on March 1, 2012 10:46 am

I really enjoyed watching the different creations come of life. I know what it’s like to create as I go. I find it so much fun and challenging. Would have like to have seen more, tho.

  92. Kelly on March 1, 2012 11:06 am

I really liked the concept of the show. think that it will improve over time. Longer length would be nice so that you could show a bit more creativity. I hope that it will grow into a great learning and sharing video event.

  93. Karey on March 1, 2012 11:28 am

That’s an interesting concept! But sometimes the best projects take longer than 3 hours!

  94. DeeAnn S on March 1, 2012 11:40 am

I would have liked to see more of the techniques used to make their projects. I’ll probably watch other episodes. And I Love Michaels! Thanks.

  95. ChrisTea on March 1, 2012 12:15 pm

The show is a good idea and I LOVE that craft room! As with everyone else, it should be a bit longer, though. I would also like less of a game show atmosphere and focus more on the crafting itself … more like Ailene’s Craft Show years ago. I also disagreed with the judges. The show needs to be tweaked a bit but we need good craft shows to come back.

  96. tabatha smith on March 1, 2012 12:22 pm

Fabulous! Interesting! Creative! Can you tell I enjoyed it??

  97. Erin Reed on March 1, 2012 12:26 pm

that is too fun, i to would love to find out how to be on the show!!

i would love for them to explain a bit more of what they used, why was she at the toaster oven, what did she use it for, what were the wings…for someone who wanted to buy them and had no clue, they would be lost going into Michaels to find it.

  98. Stacey on March 1, 2012 12:37 pm

I think it was fun to watch. I very much appreciated that the didn’t do too much “dramatization” that many other reality shows do. The only drama shown was the one contestant not taking price into consideration and tools not working as expected. No faked or overblown “drama” from the producers. I don’t quite buy that the host has any crafting knowledge. She seems to be more a talking head. I would definitely watch more episodes in the future.

  99. Shannon A on March 1, 2012 12:39 pm

I think it is great! I love how videos show you how to do different crafts! Thanks, mamatkins@hotmail.com

  100. Nancy on March 1, 2012 12:59 pm

I thought it was good but would have liked more time on each individual project.

  101. Janet P on March 1, 2012 1:07 pm

I thought it was a cute idea. I need more time to think about what I’m going to do with what I have, so I commend all those ladies for thinking on their feet. Thanks for the giveaway.

  102. Gabriela on March 1, 2012 1:09 pm

I thought it was great, lots of fun to watch. Can’t wait to see more.

  103. Liz Vellali on March 1, 2012 1:17 pm

I thought it was good….kinda could even feel their nervousness with the pressure!!!!

  104. Candy on March 1, 2012 1:29 pm

The best part was the Craft room!

  105. Robi on March 1, 2012 1:39 pm

Pro:Love the concept and the Craft Room is gorgeous. It could possibly be a few minutes longer to focus a little more on the techniques the participants are doing.I will look forward to watching each episode and letting my friends know about it.

Con:No Canadians can enter the contest? That has to get a thumbs down from me:(

  106. Robi on March 1, 2012 1:40 pm

And I almost forgot: I didn’t see how the winner incorporated the mystery object. It was not clear at all.

  107. joanna johnson on March 1, 2012 2:06 pm

Yup, I’d watch this, and I’d imagine myself WINNING! LOL! Fun idea!

  108. kathy bullock on March 1, 2012 2:08 pm

it was fun to watch. enjoyed seeing the craft room and got some good ideas how to create my own.

  109. Robyn Couillard on March 1, 2012 2:13 pm

I think this is a great concept. I would like to watch a show that uses supplies I have access to. I do think the show could use a little more refinement – perhaps the host and the judges will relax when they do more shows and it won’t seem so robotic. I just want 3 hours in that studio and you don’t even need to give me the $50 gift card! Thanks for the show!

  110. Laura/Readerwoman on March 1, 2012 2:14 pm

I too loved the craft room – and although I have never been a huge fan of reality shows – I thought this was fun, and would definitely watch again. Love Michael’s! :)

  111. Christina on March 1, 2012 2:53 pm

The video was a fun idea and of course the craft room was amazing!

  112. Ann Wa on March 1, 2012 4:24 pm

I enjoyed watching the first video and I’ll continue to watch the rest. I admire the way the contestants were able to stand up to the pressure of creating on the spot. I certainly couldn’t have done what they did!

  113. red carousel lion on March 1, 2012 4:33 pm

Pros – 1) loved the craft room; 2) thought the idea of a surprise element was great

Cons – 1) would have liked to see more of the projects’ development / techniques; 2) would loved to have heard the judges deliberation; 3) the hostess is to stiff / fake

  114. sabrina lenhart on March 1, 2012 4:58 pm

I loved it. I want to be on this show and show off my craft master skills. this was awesome.

  115. Melissa Thomson on March 1, 2012 5:42 pm

I would love to win a $50 voucher Michaels’. I love this store. It would be a blast to be on the show!

  116. Nancy's Couture on March 1, 2012 5:57 pm

I love how each lady had such different ideas and it was interesting to see how they each incorporated the topiary. I want to be a contestant!

  117. Denise Stevenson on March 1, 2012 6:09 pm

Loved the room – didn’t love their final projects. Not a fan of the mixed media stuff. And the topiary was almost impossible to incorporate into any project – need better mystery ideas.

  118. adrienne z on March 1, 2012 6:50 pm

loved the show – wish I had a chance to be on it!

It was ok…hopefully will get better as it goes. I will watch again.

  120. kim jarriel on March 1, 2012 6:56 pm

I enjoyed watching this video, I can see it evolving into a longer show and the contestants have a little more time. Thanks for the chance to win!

  121. Linda G on March 1, 2012 7:04 pm

    I need that craft room!

  122. Lya Lin on March 1, 2012 8:50 pm

The show idea is great and the craft room is wonderful. Hope to see more and get inspired!!

Thanks for the chance to win!

  123. Karen on March 1, 2012 9:15 pm

I want to be on the show!! I could kick some crafty buttocks!!! Fun to watch.I look forward to seeing more…and maybe a longer episode?

  124. Rebecca on March 1, 2012 9:38 pm

I love the new show, it shows imagination and creativity of some very talented people. I would definately watch more.

  125. Lavette on March 1, 2012 9:40 pm

I was surprised and delighted to see this competition! I love these types of shows and this one was just as enjoyable to watch as the ones on tv. However, this one was better because this is what I do and it was presented very professionally. If the time limit was given, I didn’t hear it, nor the prizes. i can’t wait until the next one! Keep up the good work! I love that studio!

  126. Danielle Vilella on March 1, 2012 10:30 pm

I think its a fun show although I have to admit – i much prefer teaching shows to competition shows.

  127. Sandy Lewis on March 1, 2012 10:55 pm

I enjoyed it, but I would have loved to hear what the judges thought. This is a good idea, but I still like my regular crafting programs – which are no longer on tv! Thank you, Michael’s – for giving us a craft show!

  128. Michelle Bigelow on March 1, 2012 10:57 pm

I loved the show! Made me wonder if I could handle the pressure of only 3 hours! D= If I wanted to make a masterpiece I would need at least 10! A lot of it for planning and for trail/errors. The room looked SO MUCH FUN! =D Can’t wait until I can make an art room like that for me!<3

Exciting show. I'll be sure to watch the following episodes!

  129. Jane T on March 1, 2012 11:18 pm

I like videos that are short in length, but have succinct directions. I wish I had a crafting place like that. I hope to see more of these. Ya’ll did good.

  130. Renee Wheaton on March 2, 2012 12:40 am

I liked it. I look forward to the next show. How the quality of the projects get better. How do I sight up.

  131. Gil Crews on March 2, 2012 7:08 am

I love the concept. I wish it were just a bit longer…but, I’m not complaining. AND that craft room!!!! They should give that away (lol).

  132. Jan P on March 2, 2012 7:15 am

Although I too wish the video was longer, I don’t miss all the trash talking and dramatics of similar shows.

  133. Josefina Salinas on March 2, 2012 7:38 am

Love the Show I love crafts! wish we had more fun and productive shows like this one! :)

  134. Jackie Benedict on March 2, 2012 9:00 am

I thought the show was great. I love Michael’s. I spent 2 hours in their paper isle recently, it was like my birthday! I think the show was a good way to feature fun products and innovative uses. LOOKING FORWARD TO MORE!

  135. Margay on March 2, 2012 9:06 am

I thought it was good! I love crafting!

  136. Belladonna Upchurch on March 2, 2012 11:06 am

love the idea behind the show, and i love that room!

  137. Jessie H on March 2, 2012 11:59 am

looks like a really fun show, wish it was a little longer though

  138. Gina on March 2, 2012 12:10 pm

sigh…….. don’t we ALL wish that was “OUR” craft room! I”m lucky enough to have a room dedicated to crafting inside AND another one outside so I”m better off than most :-) Neat video, thanks for sharing!

  139. Jeanne M. Sprague on March 2, 2012 12:28 pm

Enjoyed the firt show. Wish it was longer.

  140. Megan Krumreig on March 2, 2012 2:48 pm

I thought it was fun! I wish it was longer, though.

  141. PJ Haynie on March 2, 2012 3:07 pm

Enjoyed watching. Wish I could see how items were made. Great idea generator!

  142. Connie on March 2, 2012 3:53 pm

I really liked watching the contestants work their designs out as they worked. The show is very inspiring!

  143. Connie on March 2, 2012 5:14 pm

I liked it. I just wish it had been longer and showed more of the contestants’ creative process.

I realize that the main point of the show is to encourage and inspire crafters to shop @ Michael’s, however, I think the “Mystery Item” should have been … more challenging and esoteric. Something weird and offbeat ~ like maybe a piece of furniture, a hardware store item … heck, even a chicken bone would have been really interesting!

I just think that Michael’s has a great opportunity here. They can showcase how we can be creative and expressive with the not-so-ordinary (what’s more not-so-ordinary than a chicken bone?! LOL!). And then showcase what Michael’s carries that we can use to make that chicken bone totally gorge-OUS! <3

  144. Shazadi Islam on March 2, 2012 11:06 pm

I liked their designs and everything and I wished the show was longer but I don’t think that lady should have won I don’t know her name but I didn’t really like her project it looked like she just took a whole bunch of items and glued it together and I didn’t even see how she used the green leaves on her project I don’t know what the judges were think. I think they other two should have won I know I’m being kinda mean but that is my opinion

  145. Irena on March 3, 2012 4:50 am

The room is amazing….It was a lot of fun to watch. Would of been better if it was longer and more details.

  146. Shelley S on March 3, 2012 6:18 am

The concept is great, the room is every crafters dream room, I think this could be a real hit. I watched it twice, lol. However, it was not long enough, did not go into enough detail and not enough actual footage of the projects. Needs a bit of improvement.

  147. Becky shaw on March 3, 2012 6:30 am

Fun! I love shows like this. I want to be a Craft Master! Wish they showed more of the process.

  148. Sandi on March 3, 2012 8:57 am

These ladies are very brave. I would have been scared to death and my mind would go to mush. The craft room is gorgeous.

  149. Kim R. on March 3, 2012 7:23 pm

I loved the show and would love to see more episodes – it was fun, and I liked to watch the creativity!
    Thanks :)

  150. Bonnie on March 3, 2012 7:29 pm

I enjoyed the show, but wish it were longer. I would like to have seen what items the ladies were picking up in the store, and a little more about their ideas at the beginning.

  151. Kim B on March 3, 2012 11:03 pm

I thought it was a cute idea for a show, but I’m still not sure if it’s going to be worth “tuning in” for each week. It would be nice to see how they created their projects, not just the finished item.

  152. cindy on March 4, 2012 12:11 am

i like that it is free and available to anyone, and that you can go back and check out what you missed ow play for better understanding.

  153. MarieHa on March 4, 2012 7:05 am

    That´s cute…challange can give you inspiration…And the craft room…

  154. Isabelle on March 4, 2012 7:19 am

It was very interesting and enjoyable! I am going to enjoy watching these every week!

  155. Sandy on March 4, 2012 7:20 am

the show was brilliant but a bit short :(
Everything was very inspiring and interesting!

  156. Debbie C on March 4, 2012 4:08 pm

I love crafting so this show was so interesting to me. I like doing collage and loved seeing their finished projects. I am MOST envious of that extremely organized craft room. How I wish mine looked like that!

  157. Susan K on March 4, 2012 4:54 pm

I would expect that this show will grow and evolve over time. I’d watch again. I also agree that it would be great to hear the ‘hows’ of the art/craft proceedures that the contestants are using.

  158. Shelby on March 4, 2012 8:59 pm

This was great. I love the creativity and the excitment. Looking forward to watching more shows. Michael’s is always a fun place and this show adds another little sparkle*-)

  159. alissa apel on March 4, 2012 9:14 pm

I think the idea of the show is very fun. I would have liked to see the artist’s given a theme before they started. The artist’s seemed to be so hung up in the time frame, instead of trying to create something that is truly artistic.

  160. MelodyJ on March 4, 2012 11:00 pm

I really enjoyed it and want to see how it develops over time. I liked that they had a theme and created a mixed media project based on it. The 3 hour challenge forced each crafter to problem solve and come up with something truly creative. The host and judges were good also.

The shopping spree is a great idea and it was funny seeing someone forget all about price. I will have to try the clay underarm trick.

  161. ColleenB. on March 5, 2012 5:07 am

The video was ok but do wish it was longer.
I think the projects that the ladies done where pretty good considering they where under pressure.
It would had taken me the 3 hours just to decide what I was going to do, so all in all they done pretty darn good and was fun to watch.
Looking forward into seeing more of these videos.
As for the studio carft room…….bring that to my house and I would be one happy camper and would think that I was in cradt room heaven.
    ColleenB.

  162. Carol A. on March 5, 2012 7:03 am

I loved it, and the concept! Finally a “challenge” show that I would sit and watch, and enjoy! Wish it was longer!

  163. Ann Winberg on March 5, 2012 8:02 am

We are sadly missing crafting shows currently perhaps this will encourage more shows. So many people are crafting that your type of show could be a hit if more people could see it I would think. What prize did Sarah win?

  164. Rachel Beck on March 5, 2012 8:02 am

Growing up with Martha Stewart had rewards but… we need more contemporary craft programs that integrate recycled materials and craft on a budget!!!!!!!! I enjoy the show.

  165. Carmen on March 5, 2012 11:16 am

I was amazed by what they came up with – I would have spent 1/2 hour just trying to decide what to make with all that stuff!

  166. Claire on March 5, 2012 7:41 pm

I liked the idea for the show, but I didn’t really feel like I got a good look at what the crafters created or the process by which they got there.

  167. April on March 5, 2012 11:46 pm

What a beautiful room! Love that this is for online viewing. We don’t have cable or satellite.

  168. Vanessa on March 6, 2012 8:26 am

It’s a great idea and I think it’ll do great.

  169. sandyb on March 6, 2012 9:00 am

I like shows like this, so hopefully they will have longer ones. They are so much fun to watch, like cupcake wars, etc. to watch people use their craft on the spot. What fun!!

  170. Casey B. on March 7, 2012 12:17 pm

I like the idea of the show. It’s a really open market and I feel that there are many who would watch this show. However, it does seem a little unorganized. But it’s a good idea!!!

  171. Rebecca W on March 7, 2012 12:57 pm

I enjoyed the episode but wished I could have seen a bit more of the creative process and understood more of why the judges choose the piece to win that they choose. It was fun to watch however.

  172. Shannon on March 7, 2012 3:57 pm

Crafting in a hurry makes me nervous, but I loved some of the ideas.

  173. Kim on March 8, 2012 7:08 pm

Like many others I liked the craft room best.
